Lucianna is an accomplished governance and elections law specialist whose work spans Kenya, Sierra Leone, Zambia, and Malawi. Grounded in rigorous academic research and extensive teaching of electoral law, she translates complex legal and policy issues into actionable strategies that strengthen institutions, enhance accountability, and foster inclusive participation. Her research and frameworks have informed judicial strengthening for electoral dispute resolution across Africa, and she has provided strategic guidance to judiciaries, election management bodies, and multi-institutional governance forums.
